They have two different burger menus- The House Burgers (six buck chuck), and the Signature Burgers ($8) including Tejas, Southern Comfort, Big Daddy, Badger, Haight-Ashbury, and High Thigh.

7/20 Tyson's Corner Edition

In The News! IIDA BACC 
Kimball Office's Steve Schultz attended the IIDA BACC's Corporate Forum- Adaptive Multi-Use The Union Mill on July 17th. The Union Mill is an interesting architectural space since it was a combination of renovation and preservation. The facility is a mix of office space and 1 & 2 bedroom residences.

In The News! Uber's National Ice Cream Month Special

This Friday, the 13th, Uber, a car service app, in honor of National Ice Cream Month, will be delivering ice cream to the D.C. area! Ice Cream deliveries are available in, but not limited to- Friendship Heights, Bethesda, Georgetown, Dupont, Farragut, Downtown, Capitol Hill, U Street, and Arlington from 12 PM to 5 PM. Some ice creams include - Klondike and King Kone.

Here are the details on how you can get ice cream delivered to you this Friday!

• Use the UBER app (free) on your mobile device or online
• You can reqest ice cream by selecting the "ice cream cone icon"
• Set the location where you would like your ice cream to be dropped off
• Tap "request ice cream delivery here"
• You will receive an ETA and be able to communicate with the driver
• The ice cream truck will deliver 5 ice creams- you can order more when they arrive
• Your credit card on file will be billed 12 dollars

Tweeting? Capture your ice cream experience on video and upload to YouTube. Tweet with #OMGUBERICECREAM or share on Facebook and tag Uber. The creators of our favorite and the one with the most views will receive Uber weekend passes (up to $200).
